DOAG Conference 2015 – My Talks

Guess how I realize that it’s just 4 weeks and a bit towards Christmas?

When DOAG (German Oracle User Group) Conference is happening in my hometown Nürnberg in mid November every year. And this year’s DOAG may be my 14th DOAG Conference as far as I remember.

Really looking forward to is as it is THE SPOT to meet with many German customers, some of them good friends, many many familiar faces, the DOAG leaders who all do a fantastic job – and I’ll have the chance to see a lot of great presentations and learn a lot from experts, …

DOAG Conference – Recap

This year’s 2013 conference was the best DOAG Conference I have attended so far (and it was my 11th conference).  Actually due to the fact that I’ve had just one presentation (Working with Oracle Multitenant in the Real World – thanks to everybody coming by in the huge TOKIO room – that was really fun!) and a DOAG TV interview I’ve had enough time to see some other presentations. I did actually enjoy the Oak Table Stream in room SHANGHAI a lot – so many good stuff, I have really learned a lot.

DOAG – German Oracle User Group Conference

This time I had only one presentation at the DOAG Conference in Nürnberg (actually that’s my hometown so it’s always great for me to be there).

And – as always – it was great to meet all the Oracle users again. For me that’s the best opportunity to get in touch with customers I know for a looooong long time, Oracle colleagues from Germany – and even some US colleagues such as Hermann Baer, Markus Michalewicz and Tom Kyte presented as well. Sometimes you feel like being at a big family event 😉
