What has happened?

We released a MOS Note with detailed information: (KB888427) Oracle Database 19.31 Patch Hold Due to ORA-00600 Errors on Exadata 25.2:

Oracle Database 19.31 patches are currently on hold due to an issue affecting environments running Exadata Software Release 25.2.* and Oracle Database 19.31.

Having good friends in Oracle is key. And honestly one of the best things in my role.
