As of now, Oracle Database 19c (19.3.0) for Windows and zLinux is available for download in addition to Linux, SPARC Solaris, HP-UX and AIX.
Oracle Database 19c on premises for Windows and zLinux
You can download Oracle Database 19.3.0 on-prem for MS Windows and zLinux from the usual sources:
Oracle 19c Documentation
And of course you can find the Oracle 19c Documentation here:
See especially the operating system dependent install guides:
- Database Installation Guide for Microsoft Windows
- Grid Infrastructure Installation and Upgrade Guide for Oracle on Microsoft Windows
- The zLinux specific documentation does not seem to be available yet – I will update the link soon.
And the Windows certification got updated on MOS as well:
If you’d like to start your upgrade as soon as possible, please see the new AutoUpgrade utility.

Mike,
I see that for 19c for Windows, Oracle has released only 64-bit client. Does this mean no more 32-bit clients for Windows?
Thanks,
Arun Gupta
Arun,
it should be available soon.
Thanks,
Mike
Hi Mike
I’ve just checked on otn but I cannot find any 32bit windows client.
Does it mean there will not be any 32bit windows client for 19c or is it still to be released?
Thank you, bye
Sergio
Sergio,
it should be there in a few days.
Mike
