UKOUG Tech18 : See you there!

It’s time for my (and our) final conference this year: UKOUG in Liverpool. Liverpool? Yeah … the city of The Reds and The Blues (and Sunday is Merseyside derby time). The city of the greatest pop band ever, the Beatles. And well, the city which has an airport you can’t really fly into. But hey, UKOUG Tech18: See you there! Hopefully, when I’ll make it 😉

But as usual, thanks to all the people involved into this great conference. I know how much work it is – and how much of your free time you put into that. Many thanks for inviting me again!!!

Our Sessions

When I say “Our Sessions” that means Roy and I, both will be there, sharing 4 sessions. And of course we both are open to customer meetings in between. Just drop us an email (as some have done already) and we’ll sort it out.

Ok, besides the fact, that Sundays between 17:15h and 19:06h the city is locked down for the Merseyside derby, you should be aware that Liverpool Airport does not really exist as I could only find a single flight into it. At a time I didn’t want to mention. That means, you’ll better either arrive by train or take a flight into Manchester (MAN) and the train from there. Takes just a bit over an hour if you catch the direct one …

I was searching on The President’s blog for another survival guide to share – but there’s only one for Scotland and one for last year’s event. But I’m pretty sure you’ll find your way to Liverpool.

Anyway, here’s the official link to the agenda, where to find the venue – and of course how to register:

And I hope to see you and many others there!

–Mike
