In Section 3.1.4 you’ll find the links to the database patches. And you’ll find also in section 2.2 Post Release Patches which will get released delayed.
You may also use the new Patch Download Assistant Note to access the bundle you are looking for directly:
Download Assistant DOC (ID 2118136.2) is not showing OCT2014 patches for 184.108.40.206.
I think you’ve meant Oct 2017, not 2014 😉
And they are listed now as well – the owner updated the note.
Patch 26737266 for GI clears the ASM entries in /etc/oratab:
Due this the “opatchauto apply” systemcheck at beginning hangs for undefined time.
After re-adding this entry on the first node, “opatchauto apply” succeeded. But the ASM Home entry in /etc/oratab also disapears.
OL 7.4 GI/RDBMS 12.2
Ouch … this sounds ugly.
Oracle Support Document 2297783.1 (Oracle Grid Infrastructure Release Update 220.127.116.11.171017 Known Issues) can be found at: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2297783.1
and it has no known issues mentioned yet. Did you have an SR with Support on this? Or just solved it by yourself?
I could resolve it myself by re-adding the deleted ASM Home entry into the /etc/oratab. After that opatchauto was running succesfully.
Also I’m awaiting a response, if other user are affected:
not sure if you will get a response on the forum in a timely fashion. Maybe an SR would be the better option instead.
