Does the 12.1.0.2 EE release contain the latest PSU?
Or do we need to apply latest psu after upgrading our 11.2.0.3 rdbms?
Unfortunately it doesn’t – you’ll have to download the most recent PSU, the most recent opatch – and patch your fresh Oracle Home.
